Talent Mapping

A critical aspect to any good search is the quality of the research. A testament to our credentials in research capability is our track record in Search Rescue – succeeding where local and less innovative search firms have failed. We are able to map candidate pools ahead of a full search to give businesses an early understanding of the available talent, helping them to succession plan within their own organisations.

Executive Career Advisory
